Middle East AGM

The IOSH Middle East branch AGM (Annual General Meeting) will be taking place on 28 April 2010.  As part of the AGM, the branch will be holding the annual elections of the committee. 

The committee positions up for election are:

Principle Officers: Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer

Support: Communications Officer and Web Champion 

Oman: 1x Coordinator and 2x Committee members

Qatar: 1x Coordinator 2x Committee members

Saudi Arabia: 1x Coordinator and 2x Committee members

UAE: 2x Coordinators (1 Dubai based, 1 Abu Dhabi based) and 4x Committee members (2 Dubai based, 2 Abu Dhabi based)

Other countries: 1x Committee member for those courtiers covered by the Middle East branch and not listed above 

Coordinators will be expected to organise the work of the branch in that country, as well as lead on the feasibility of setting up a district.  Committee members are expected to assist the coordinators in organising meetings, events, assisting with projects and dealing with membership enquiries.
