Employers have a duty of care to ensure that vulnerable employees have appropriate support and training to ensure that they can do their job, but, what is appropriate support?

Monthly meeting organised by South Cumbria District, Manchester & NW Districts' Branch.

What you need to know

IOSH members from any Branch or District are welcome and interactive discussions with our speakers are encouraged.

There is no charge for IOSH members and parking is free.

Our meetings also provide an opportunity to network with other IOSH members and our speaker over tea or coffee and biscuits.

Carol Stearne and/or John Hannah, our Education and Development Advisers, are usually available before and after the meeting to provide advice about IPD and CPD. Appointments can be booked via their e-mail or you can join the queue on the day.
