What's in it for me
All health and safety practitioners face the challenge of
keeping up to date with statutory requirements and related case law
that can, at times, be fast changing and complex. This event will
offer the rare opportunity to get a legal update (and a brief
question and answers session) on recent changes in health and
safety law and the consequences of failing to meet relevant
statutory requirements.
There have been several important personal injury developments
in the last year and this is an opportunity to be brought up to
date on the key judgements.
Who should attend?
This meeting is relevant for all members and those working in
the field of health and safety. The updates will also be useful for
those working in areas of people management and human resource
management.
