Design Phase Reduction of Construction Site Risks
Overview
John Lacey is part of an HSE Working Group
looking into the effectiveness of the CDM regulations with a view
to re-drafting them. There are various suggestions circulating as
to what might occur. These include radical steps like doing away
with the role of CDM-C. We are hopeful that John will give us an
insight as to the direction the working party are taking. John may
also discuss their concerns over the existing regulations.
What's in it for me?

knowledge and skills, as well as enabling attendees to build on
existing relationships and make new contacts. Typical topics include building regulations, health
and safety, sustainability, waste management and other industry
issues.
