member Shailesh Purohit, Health, Safety &
Environmental Manager for Jotun Paints (Europe) Ltd based in
Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire delivered a presentation aimed at
relative beginners to the subject of “human factors”.
Shailesh has an interest and
passion in human behaviour which is one of the key factors in the
Top Tier COMAH site that he is responsible for.
Over 80 members and their
guests attended the meeting including many starting out
in the health and safety profession. The
presentation was in the form of a work book which
participants jointly filled in.
