Stress Management Workshop
Important
You must book to attend this workshop. Contact Barbara Back,
telephone 01394 384642 or by email.
Attendance is limited to 40, so book early to avoid
disappointment. If we have a good response then the session will be
run again later in the year.
Overview
With nearly half a million individuals in the
UK reporting that workplace stress was making them ill last year
you need to recognise the potential cost to business of stress.
Aim of the Workshop
To provide a toolkit for effectively dealing
with stress in the workplace, including developing a stress policy
which you fully understand, know how to implement and is
appropriate and practical for your own business. You will also
learn how to tackle difficult issues and where to find further
support and information. By the end of this session, we hope that
you will be able to sell the importance of stress in your workplace
to senior management and have a practical plan and solutions to
offer.
The session will be fully interactive with
advice, case studies, group discussions and useful handouts.
