We have a range of employee benefits and, as an Investors in People accredited organisation, we’re committed to giving employees the chance to develop their skills and experience to help them to be successful in their role.

Investors in People

A benchmark for best practice, the Investors in People Standard recognises an organisation’s commitment to developing its people and shows its ambition, drive and focus to the rest of the world.

For many organisations, meeting the Investors in People Standard is just the beginning. Bronze, Silver and Gold levels encourage organisations to reach higher and achieve more. IOSH was awarded the Investors in People Core Standard in 2011 and achieved the Silver Standard in 2015.

Our BSI – ISO 9001:2008 certification

The British Standards Institute’s (BSI) ISO 9001 Quality management certification is the world’s most recognised quality management standard.

Our ISO 9001:2008 certification is about the quality of our systems, our members and our stakeholders, our internal processes and our management responsibility for a holistic approach towards efficient working. Certification for the standards covers the whole of IOSH February 2013 to January 2016.
